First Day of Class – Summer  Procedures & Forms

Don’t come back tomorrow without these materials.  If there is any reason why you cannot accomplish these tasks by tomorrow, stay after class to discuss your problems with Mr. Wigger.  You must also stay after if you do not have a computer with a printer and internet.

1. Forms you will need to print from my website and have stamped for points the 2nd day,  will be:

All of these forms are available on my site by going to Standard Stuff>Class Forms and Charts, or just take this link  Class Forms and Charts .  They are at the top of this page in the first section -   “A – Notebook & Grades .  If forms do not print properly, try using the PDF version (requires Acrobat Reader).  If you don’t have Acrobat Reader go to Multimedia>Downloads for a free download.

Go to Notebook Organization - filing to see how to put these forms into your notebook.

2. Purchase a 3-ring binder with clear pocket on the front, 2” – also 15 dividers (4 in the front of the notebook followed by 11 for California State Standards.  Your name is to be clearly word processed on 8.5” x 11” paper.  It will state Chemistry in 48pt font in the center of the paper.  In the lower right corner of sheet your first and last names in 16pt font, followed by Mr. Wigger’s Class on second line.  Slip this paper into the outside front pocket.  Have your 15 dividers inserted into the notebook with the tabs labeled as shown on page 2 of  the Course Requirements.
